Head of Creative with 10+ years building brands from the inside out in industries where details, consistency, and trust matter. I lead a team of 14 creatives across digital, web, print, video, and social—making sure our work not only looks great but works hard for the business. Doubling as a process architect, I focus on improving how we create—streamlining processes, removing bottlenecks, and making it easier for ideas to turn into results. Every project is anchored in the company’s brand and values, so bold thinking never comes at the expense of integrity. As the face of the team, I bring clear communication, strong presentation skills, and a confident yet approachable voice to cross-functional conversations and executive reviews.

Outside of work, I love exploring Chicago with my family, adding to my ever-growing music collection, chasing the perfect cup of coffee, and diving into emerging design trends. Grounded in curiosity and driven by the human story, I’m also deeply passionate about science, public speaking, and advocating for neurodiverse children—a cause close to my heart.

I owned, managed, presented, evolved, communicated, and strategized every aspect of this highly successful initiative from start to finish. Overseeing the design of more than 200 pre-approved copy and design assets, I built a catalog that served all lines of business with flexible options aligned to Wintrust’s style and tone. This streamlined system delivered faster turnaround times without sacrificing quality, giving account managers, banks, and stakeholders constant access to fresh, on-brand ads. The catalog continues to grow and evolve, guided by usage data, requests, and feedback to ensure it stays relevant and effective. Recently, I transformed the catalog froma a simple pdf to a fully functional online service.
